Functions and Usage of Truck Tire Leak Tester:

This machine can detect whether the truck tire is leaking and the specific point of the leak.

① Install the machine first, then connect the air source (the air pressure is controlled at about 8kg), and pour an appropriate amount of clean water into the water tank.

② Fill the tire with an appropriate amount of gas and roll the tire above the U-shaped fork (see Figure 2).

③ Lightly step on the air control valve rising pedal to lift the entire tire up to the top of the water tank, and rotate the tire bracket in the horizontal direction until the tire is placed in the center of the water tank (see Figure 3-4).

④ Lightly step on the air control valve descending pedal to lower the tire to the bottom. Then turn the tire carefully to observe whether there are bubbles coming out, mark the point of gas emission (i.e. the damaged point), and turn the tire to check a full circle. After the inspection, return to the original route (see Figure 5 → Figure 2).

Note: Safety must be paid attention to during the entire operation to prevent the tire from tipping over and injuring people. Unrelated personnel are not allowed to approach the operation area at will.
